AMTA is Proud to Support the 2021 Boston Marathon Team MTF
On October 11, 2021, four runners representing the Massage Therapy Foundation’s #RunningforResearch team will participate in the 125th Boston Marathon®. They will be training and fundraising to help advance the knowledge and practice of massage therapy through scientific research, education and community service. All donations for this fundraiser will go directly to the Massage Therapy Foundation.

The Boston Marathon is the world’s oldest annual marathon and running it is a major bucket list item for serious distance runners around the world. The Massage Therapy Foundation is an official Partner of the John Hancock Non-Profit Marathon Program, which provides a way for runners who might not otherwise qualify, to participate. The Massage Therapy Foundation has participated in this program since 2013.
